As Evaluation Quality Lead, you will define and drive the cross-market strategy to enhance the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of car evaluations across Europe. Your mission is to strengthen merchant trust, reduce claims-related costs, and continuously improve processes, tools, and partnerships to uphold the highest evaluation standards.

You will:

  • Analyze performance and root causes of evaluation discrepancies and claims to identify improvement opportunities and cost drivers.
  • Define and lead the evaluation quality framework across European markets, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance tools, processes, and cross-market collaboration.
  • Manage partnerships and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Product, Purchasing, and Operations to strengthen evaluation accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key KPIs, including evaluation accuracy, claims reduction, and merchant satisfaction, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations to management

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong financial and operational skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting or process improvement, ideally with exposure to data-driven decision-making or operational problem solving.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to extract insights from claims and churn data and translate them into clear improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure problems and define actionable, prioritized initiatives rather than isolated fixes.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, capable of managing several workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong business sense, understanding both cost impact and merchant experience implications.
  • Passion for cars, technology, or operational excellence is a big plus but not a requirement.
  • Fluency in English required; other European languages an advantage.
