Your new Role

  • Lead and coordinate a team of commercial specialists dedicated to delivering our company's value proposition.

  • Oversee all departmental purchasing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and manage and motivate a team of key account managers.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Remarketing Team.

  • Actively contribute to building and nurturing successful business relationships with dealers in the used car market.

  • Challenge conventional processes to continuously drive innovation and success.

  • Present our company's value proposition to strategically important prospective clients.

  • Report directly to the management of the business unit.

Your Skills

  • Degree in the field of business management, sales or economics.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including proven leadership of sales teams in high-pressure environments.

  • Mandatory experience in the automotive industry, specifically in remarketing or used vehicle operations.

  • Natural commercial mindset with exceptional great communication, emotional intelligence, and strong sales skills.

  • Used to strategizing, preparing and presenting reports based on performance.

  • Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed KPIs.

  • Business fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
