Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Order Fulfillment Specialist who enjoys being at the heart of operations. In this role, you will actively contribute to the smooth running of our logistics processes while collaborating closely with colleagues across departments.
Your new Role
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate daily order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate shipping of orders.
•Monitor workflow and help resolve operational bottlenecks in collaboration with other departments.
•Support and guide team members with process-related questions and challenges.
•Take initiative and contribute to the implementation of new systems, tools, or technologies within the order fulfillment process.
•Assist new colleagues to integrate smoothly into the team and get up to speed by sharing best practices.
•Prepare and maintain reports on order status, overall team productivity, and key performance indicators using Excel and Google Sheets.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Your Skills
Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years in a similar operational role
•Advanced English level
•Operations and reporting in Excel at an advanced level (vlookup, pivots, formulas)
•Ability to interact with various types of people on different matters
•Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
•Team-oriented, proactive, and focused on finding solutions.
•Comfortable working with tight deadlines while providing continuous communication with all parts involved.
