Your new Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Booking & Operations Coordinator to support our daily administrative and operational activities. Our office management includes activities in the front and back office and thus has all levels of the AUTO1 Group in view and supports our supervisors and employees. Our team works in a service- and company-oriented manner and thus ensures the smooth running of our office and company routine.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, trains, and travel-related expense support.
  • Manage the educational budget, including learning platform subscriptions, language courses, conference requests, and reimbursements.
  • Review and support employee relocation requests and reimbursement processes.
  • Control and approve team event budgets and related requests.
  • Monitor and reconcile corporate credit card payments.
  • Book and coordinate meeting rooms and internal events.
  • Review invoices and support payment processing.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the organization.
  • Support various office management activities and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.

Your Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Professional level of English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
