In 2025, we are embarking on an exciting journey to expand our Workday ecosystem with the rollout of new modules and integrations. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, building, testing, and maintaining HCM processes, ensuring they align with our evolving business needs and support our continued growth.

Your new Role
- Take ownership of the administration and configuration of the Human Capital Management (HCM) module within Workday, ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with business needs.
- Act as a key liaison for HR partners, supporting core processes such as hiring, terminations, and supervisory organization management within HCM.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to manage and support with our ATS integrations, ensuring seamless operations from recruiting to hiring.
- Partner with stakeholders to address staffing-related needs and provide solutions within the HCM framework.
Your Skills
- Relevant experience in configuring Workday functionalities, custom elements, EIB imports and business processes.
- You know how to create custom reports and calculated fields, familiarity with integrations is a plus.
- You are a proactive person, with a keen interest in detecting and solving issues, constantly looking for improvements in the system, and curious about people management and employee lifecycle topics.
- Great attention to detail, self-reliance, eagerness to deliver great solutions, excellent communication skills in English and any other European language
