Your New Role
Your new Role
- Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding insurance cases and handle inquiries from our teams across Europe
- Optimize and automate existing processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
- Handle, review, and manage data, ensure its completeness, and coordinate cases with insurance providers
- Implement and maintain reporting systems to ensure transparency and control
Your Skills
- A completed degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and/or relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Passion for independently driving operational tasks and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Sheets/Excel
- Fluent in English ( German would be a plus )

Our Offer
The place of work will be at the HQs of AUTO1 Albania, at: Bulevardi Gjergj Fishta, Alpas Center, Tirana.
The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
