Company Description
We are looking for an Intern Creative Producer (f/m/x) to join our Brand Content Creation Team, that is responsible for best performing assets, managing content for our brands and coordinating campaigns to leverage cross channel effects in our AUTO1 Group Marketing Department. In this Department we drive the company's growth through brand and performance marketing. AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform. We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de and AUTO1.com.
We offer an exclusive internship of up to 6 months with the option of extension after successful completion.
Your new Role
- Project & Quality Management: In response to campaign briefs, support the management and execution of production timelines, team sourcing, budgets, plans, and talent/vendor contracts
Time Management & Communication: Assist your colleagues in tracking project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that the team, external vendors, and partners are kept informed, and productions are completed on time and within budget
Documentation: Help maintain an organized system for administrative duties, including bids, invoicing, outreach, shoot briefs, call sheets, equipment, third-party vendor management, and archiving
On-Set Presence: Play an active role during in-person shoots to help ensure smooth execution
Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with the Creative Production Team to identify high-potential external crew, talent, and other production vendors
Your Skills
Preferably you are a student or have an academic background in Marketing, Project Management or in another relevant field
First experience or strong interest in commercial video production, storytelling techniques, product or service advertising and audience engagement strategies are preferable
You enjoy working in teams, are eager to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners, and help everyone stay on the same page while supporting creative ideas
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills paired with good knowledge in Google Workspace (Asana, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop are a plus)
You speak English fluently (German and/ or any other language is a plus)
